General Conditions of the Share Pass

Conditions for the Share Pass

  • The Share Pass is a 10-trip pass with a 40% discount or more on the Super Flex fare between a single origin and destination (both directions) between autonomous communities (national bus lines).
  • It is NOT personal, and you can share it with anyone you want, even for traveling together on the same bus. This pass can be cancelled, provided you have not started using it. *Share Passes purchased between 27/06/2025 and 16/07/2025 cannot be cancelled.
  • This pass DOES NOT require a prior registration code on the ministry's website. Travelers must have a valid DNI or NIE to use the Share Pass.
  • Valid for 10 trips. Available for Comfort services. Now you can also redeem your passes on Supra services by paying the difference!
  • Sold via the Alsa website and app.
  • Validity: From the travel date of the first purchase made. The Share Pass expires 365 days after the date of the first trip. *Share Passes purchased between 27/06/2025 and 16/07/2025 expire on 30/06/2026* or one year (365 days)* from the first trip.
  • The first trip must be taken in 2025 to activate the pass.
  • The overall period of the measure (validity of these passes) begins on 01/07/2025 and they can be purchased until December 31, 2025.
  • The large family discount will only be applied to the 10-trip pass if the pass holder meets this condition, and it can only be used by them and the members of the large family to which they belong. The pass code and tickets will be identified as issued to large family beneficiaries.

Conditions for tickets

  • Tickets issued with a pass can be changed and cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
  • Pass redemption will be permitted exclusively on services operated under the administrative concession of the purchased pass. In the purchase process, these services are marked with a white star on a green background in the upper right corner of each service.
  • Improper use: The ministry will be notified of any improper use of the pass. The accumulation of more than 6 instances of improper use will lead to the revocation of the pass. Additionally, the holder will not be able to request any other discounted pass on any route until this measure expires.
  • Improper use is considered:
    • Booking and not traveling (without cancelling 24 hours in advance).
    • In the case of a pass issued for a large family, the use or attempted use of a ticket by a person other than the beneficiaries of the large family title.

  • The Monthly Pass is an unlimited-trip pass with a 50% discount for traveling between the same origin-destination, between autonomous communities (national bus lines) for one month.
  • The pass is personal, registered, and non-transferable.
  • This pass DOES NOT require a prior registration code on the ministry's website. Valid for anyone with a valid DNI or NIE.
  • You can cancel it as long as you have not started using it.
  • Available for Comfort services. Now you can also redeem your passes on Supra services by paying the difference!
  • Sold via the Alsa website and app.
  • Validity: 30 days from the travel date of the first purchase made, regardless of whether this ticket is cancelled or not. Valid for a single origin and destination (both directions), for an unlimited number of trips to be made within the 30-day period from the date of the first trip.
  • The first trip must be taken in 2025 to activate the pass. The overall period of the measure (validity of these passes) begins on 01/07/2025.
  • Only the large family discount can be applied to the purchase price. Remember that its use is restricted to the holder, and both the pass and the tickets will be identified as such.

  • The Youth Monthly Pass is an unlimited-trip pass with a 70% discount, exclusively for young people, for traveling between the same origin-destination, between autonomous communities (national bus lines) for one month.
  • Valid for young people (born between 1999 and 2010, inclusive) with a valid DNI or NIE. It is essential to obtain and use the AJ25 code from the Ministry of Transport.
  • The pass is personal, registered, and non-transferable.
  • Sold via the Alsa website and app.
  • Only the large family discount can be applied to the purchase price. Remember that its use is restricted to the holder, and both the pass and the tickets will be identified as such.
  • You can cancel it as long as you have not started using it.

  • The Free Child Pass is an unlimited-trip pass with a 100% discount, exclusively for children aged 0 to 14, for traveling between the same origin-destination, between autonomous communities (national bus lines) from July 1 to December 31, 2025.
  • Valid for children (born between 2011 and 2025, inclusive) with a valid DNI or NIE. It is essential to obtain and use the AN25 code from the Ministry of Transport.
  • The pass is personal, registered, and non-transferable.
  • You can cancel it as long as you have not started using it.
  • Available for Comfort services. Now you can also redeem your passes on Supra services by paying the difference!
  • Sold via the Alsa website and app.
  • Validity: From the travel date of the first purchase made. Valid for a single origin and destination (both directions), for an unlimited number of trips to be made in 2025.

  • The Regional Pass is a travel pass with a 40% discount for traveling between the same origin-destination within a region.
  • Passes are available for hundreds of destinations in Andalusia, the Valencian Community, Cantabria, and Navarre, starting from just 3 trips. Only available on routes operated by Alsa (The passes offered under these new discounts are the same ones that existed before September 1, 2022; they are not newly created).
  • The pass is registered, personal, and non-transferable.
  • You can cancel it as long as you have not started using it.
  • Sold via the website, app, and self-service ticket machines.
  • Validity: From the date of the first ticket purchase.
  • Passes available for Comfort services on selected round trips by Alsa. Now you can also redeem your passes on Supra services by paying the difference!
  • Can only be combined with the large family discount, provided the pass does not have a discount higher than usual for passes. In this case, no additional large family discount can be applied.

Conditions for tickets

  • Tickets issued with a pass can be changed and cancelled, except for the regional passes for Cantabria.
  • Each trip is equivalent to a single one-way journey.
  • It cannot be used more than once on the same day for the same origin and destination.
