Alsa is developing research on customer experience to improve mobility in Asturias, in collaboration with other public and private entities in the region.
It is a novel project, based on knowing the needs and expectations of people when traveling through Asturias. With the data we collect, we will be able to design improvements and new mobility solutions, in order to achieve a sustainable, accesible and inclusive transportation model for everyone.
The initiative will provide the necessary knowledge to define products and solutions designed for the client (Customer Centric), through co-creation and participatory design processes, involving users and the rest of the agents involved in the mobility value chain.
The project covers the entire range of trips and needs in a complex and unique territory such as Asturias. From the large cities of the central area to the rural centers. And with the focus always on people, to be able to offer them positive travel experiences adapted to what they need.
Alsa is the largest public transport and people mobility operator in the country. We are a dynamic and growing company, deeply rooted in the territory of Asturias since its inception more than 100 years ago. We are dedicated to managing public mobility services, at the service of people and institutions. The company has more than 16,000 employees and we transport more than 500 million people a year who trust us when traveling.
In the #TuNosMueves Asturias project, in addition to Alsa, the University of Oviedo, the Information and Communication Technology Center Foundation (CTIC), the company VECTIO, dedicated to mobility consulting services, and the company IZO, which offers consulting and technology services in customer experience.
The project has a duration of 18 months and is co-financed by the Agency for Science, Business Competitiveness and Innovation (SEKUENS) of the Principality of Asturias, through its call for aid to create R&D&I centers for large companies. in the region.
Each of us has unique experiences and needs when we travel, and that is why your opinion is so valuable. We want to know what the ideal travel options would be like that you would like to enjoy in Asturias and what you are missing from current transportation.
