The reservation can be made at any time, but we recommend that it be done in advance, to avoid organizational problems.
After 5 minutes of the pick-up time without the customer showing up, the driver can leave the address, charging the customer a penalty of 7 euros.
In the event that a stop has to be made at a station, it will be done in the access area to the station enabled for this, provided that the operations in the facilities allow it and that the choice does not generate delays in arriving at said station.
Responsibility
Responsibility for the service rests with Alsa Cab, who will not be liable for non-compliance that is not directly attributable to it, nor for those produced by fortuitous event, force majeure, or due to meeting legal or administrative requirements. In the same way, it is not responsible for the loss of connection of its services with other transports.
Luggage
Subject to the conditions of the bus ticket. You can transport up to 30 kgs for free. baggage (1 large piece or 1 medium piece + 1 small piece).
