IMPORTANT - NEW BUS STOP

From October 19, 2022, passengers arriving at the airport and having to board an Alsa bus will do so at a new bus stop, which is located at the end of Parking Module F.

How to get? From the current stop, located in front of arrivals gates 11 and 12, go up the ramp following the signs for "Salidas" and "VTC", turn left to cross the walkway, in the direction of the ATMs in the car park ; Once at the ATMs, we turn to the right, following the signs for "Module F" and "Terminal Bus T4". At the end of this corridor, to the left, is the access to the new bus stop.

A ticket can be changed after its departure time at no extra charge up to 12 hours after the service's departure time, and the change is only valid for the next available service. This change can be made as long as the reason for the change is due to delays or incidents arising from the previous air service, and it can only be done at the airport's point of sale or through the telephone customer service. If the ticket has not expired, the general policy for changes and cancellations applies. Services available at the airport:

  • Floor 2: taxi rank, terminal connection bus, airline information, ticket sales, luggage wrapping, check-in and self-check-in desks, visa office, security control.
  • Floor 1: boarding gates and passport control, passenger assistance, PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) meeting point, shops, cafés and restaurants, VIP lounge, nursery, children's play area and cash machines.
  • Floor 0: long-distance bus stop, for urban and interurban buses, Alsa ticket sales, taxi rank, transit bus between stations, lost and found, left luggage, arrivals, baggage reclaim, customs, traveller information service, PRM meeting points, Premium lounge, restaurants and shops, cash machines, currency exchange and medical service.
  • Floor -1: car park, metro, suburban trains (Cercanías), information, Regional Transport Consortium, car hire.
  • Floor -2: train between terminals, airport information.
