    Your ticket

All passengers must have a ticket issued in their name in order to board, either in paper or electronic format.

This ticket contains all the information about the service, such as: date, time and station of departure; date, time and station of arrival; assigned seat; passenger’s name and booking reference; ticket number; and QR code to validate the ticket when boarding.

In addition, in the comments field, the following notes are included to indicate that the passenger has some type of disability or associated discount, as well as a brief summary of travel recommendations:

Passenger with wheelchair in space for PRM in wheelchairs, with or without transfer

In this case, the note on the ticket is:

    • If the passenger is travelling in their own wheelchair, the seat assigned will be, as a general rule, number 12.
    • If the passenger has chosen to travel in a conventional seat during the purchase, the assigned seat on the ticket will be number 10 (the space for their wheelchair will also be available and reserved for this purpose).
Passenger (PRM in wheelchairs) stowing their wheelchair in the hold and boarding on foot

In this case, the note on the ticket is:

The seat allocated will be in the rows near to the front of the bus (depending on availability at the time of purchase).

Companion to wheelchair passenger who helps the passenger transfer to a seat or board the bus

In this case, the note on the ticket is:

The seat occupied by this passenger will depend on whether the passenger (PRM in wheelchair) travels with their wheelchair on board or in the hold:

    • If the wheelchair is taken on board, the passenger (PRM in wheelchair) will transfer to seat number 10 and the companion will travel next to them in seat number 9.
    • If the wheelchair is stowed in the hold, the passenger (PRM in wheelchair) will travel in one of the rows at the front of the vehicle (depending on the availability of seats at the time of purchase), and their companion will travel next to them or as close to them as possible.
