When buying tickets via our website, App or Information and Sales line, you will receive an e-mail with the details of the journey and the ticket in PDF format, or an SMS, if requested during the purchase process.
If an error occurs and you do not receive this message, you may:
At www.alsa.com/en/web/bus/home
1. Go to “Manage your tickets”.
2. Identify your ticket using your ID and the final four digits of the card used to buy the ticket.
3. Click “Search” and, if the information entered is correct, you will be able to verify your purchase, see your ticket and download it in PDF format.
On the App
In the menu, go to “My journeys”, where you will see your tickets.
You may also use our Information and Sales line and points of sale, when you supply the following details:
- Date the ticket was bought.
- Final four digits of the bank card used to buy it.
- Name of the ticket holder.
- E-mail address.
